If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.
If I am not able to attend a Mastermind, does that change my membership rate?
No. The cost of membership is for the collective access to your curated group of women and community resources. Attendance and participation are required to retain active membership standing.
Am I able to receive a refund should my Mastermind membership be canceled or I choose not to participate?
No. Due to the information that is discussed in the Masterminds, our goal of seeing women achieve their business goals, and working through challenges, commitment is required.
In what situations would my Mastermind membership be canceled and a refund be forfeited?
This is not all inclusive, but situations include: representing a competing company/organization during the term of your membership and/or creating a competing business that is similar in format to serve a similar audience.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Am I able to sell or transfer my Mastermind Membership?
No. Due to the privacy and nature of topics discussed it is important we protect the integrity of the Masterminds within the membership.
