Four Ways Good Leaders Become Great Ones

If you’re in a leadership role, you should always be grooming someone to take your spot. This is hard because our first instinct is to fear being replaced. But to move to your next role, you need to make the transition easy. When I left my last role, I made the recommendations.

  1. “A leader doesn’t need to know all the answers. He just needs to ask the right questions” – I found these two lines to be particularly catchy. As a youth I myself have also undergone stages of leadership. In fact, I’m still in the process. However, I could really relate to a lot of the things said. Great read !
