Meet the Mastermind Members
The strength of our community lies not in our numbers or growth, but in the quality of the relationships developed and knowledge shared to lift everyone up. These women are your peers. They are committed to personal and professional growth and to sharing of themselves.
Below each woman shares what they bring to the mastermind. We encourage you to connect on social media, send an email to say hello, set up a coffee date, and hold each other accountable for growth!

I will bring 8 years of experience in business. My strongest skill set is communication with clients, building relationships and providing a custom experience for them. I have also honed my styling skills and have an eye for aesthetics, so I am happy to provide that kind of feedback when necessary.
I have good network of other creatives and am really good at bouncing ideas off of and helping think through the next steps of business building.
Foremost, I would bring my experience as a mother and as an artist to the community. I have longstanding experience supporting others in crisis and am able to bring a genuine presence and listening ear to the group. My trust of the creative process allows me to recognize overarching themes as so much of this creative work unfolds in its own time. I’ve done a lot of inner work and benefit from recognizing the stories I told myself that kept me stuck for so long. I have a lot of compassion for women who struggle with perfectionism.

I’m good at sales;-) I also have a lot of corporate experience and lessons learned that I can share to give people different perspectives. I’m also a big cheerleader for my friends/clients/friendors/etc. I believe in lifting each other up and celebrating wins.
Having run a non-profit, fashion blog and now my consulting business, I’m eager to share my insight from the challenges and successes I had over the years. I love to problem solve and will help in any way I can coming up with creative solutions for any obstacles others may be facing.
I bring experience as a fine craft artist (metal jewelry) selling at art fairs and wholesale; brief experience as a retail shop/gallery owner; writing press releases and articles for my gallery and for our neighborhood association’s quarterly newsletter magazine; arts event planning and volunteer coordinating in a volunteer capacity as board member of arts groups, etc.
The experience of having run a business past its lifespan + the experience of closing a business, technical skills (both from being a VA and from running a technical platform) and an obsession with referring people to new tools and systems, brainstorming and idea generation, looking at a problem from unique angles.

BOUDOIR BY TRACY BROWN
I am pretty confident in my business side. I have had a lot of training in that!
I have worked in a corporation as well as a small business, so seeing both sides shed light to common problems. Skills include: listening, problem-solving, graphic design, marketing, and brand development. Giving back to the community has always been important to me.
EVENT DESIGN BY B.E.
I’m a deep thinker and a big picture person. If you have a big idea and need to break it down to digestible tasks, I’m your girl.
LAW OFFICES OF CAROLINA K. TUMMINELLI, PLLC
I have been working in the “office” world since I was 16. I have tried to use those skills to make my business grow. I would love to be able to use those to help other women. I also recently lost 60 pounds, after having two children, and run two marathons. While that’s not business related, i feel that it helps me every day in my business – using those victories, and the lessons i learned from those challenges to tackle issues in business.
THE CREATIVE'S CFO
I bring 10+ years of professional experience in the corporate environment. I’m a licensed CPA with extensive accounting knowledge. I’ve grown my creative business over the past 2.5 years, so I can relate to the experience of starting and growing a new business. I’m kind, compassionate, and hard-working.
NIGHT AND DAYE EVENTS
I am detail and list oriented with an effervescent personality
I’ve learned over the past 3-5 years what has gone well and not as well in online business. I’ve had launches that have succeeded and Facebook ads that were a bust. Depending on those in the group, I believe I have some insight into what has worked and what I wouldn’t do again. I’ve used several software programs and apps. I’ve conducted client interviews and I’ve wasted time doing things that weren’t actually in line with my business. I also love being an encourager. If I can encourage anyone that what they are doing is going to matter in 6 months, I would love to do so!
